Godstone's Prisoner of War (10/05/2025)

Sadly, there are very few surviving soldiers let to tell the tale, but one who is, is 104-year-old Eric Reeves from Godstone. Eric's been sharing his story with BBC Radio Surrey about he became a prisoner of war. When he was freed and returned to Blighty, life back on civvy street was tough to get used to. But Eric found a passion for dancing, which helped him to meet the love of his life.
