A scammer pretending to be from Microsoft tries to swindle a woman. Her only chance of saving her money is if the team can find a neighbour willing to help her out.
The scam hub team attempt to help a woman who is speaking to a technical support scammer posing as Microsoft. The scammer is truly unpleasant, bullying and cajoling the woman appallingly as the team listen on and try to track her down.
As the criminal attempts to access the woman’s computer, the team collect every detail they can to narrow down the woman’s location.
