The ground team are scrambled in a desperate bid to stop a man handing over hundreds of pounds to broadband scammers.
In the hub, Rav, Nick and the team watch on as a man in the north of England struggles with a scammer posing as an internet supplier. As his banking and personal information are exposed to the fraudsters, the ground team face a race against time to find him before he loses money.
It’s a fraught situation involving knocking on multiple doors to try to track down the right address and the right person before it’s too late.
