3. Goodyear

The American master storyteller unpacks a tale about his good friend, Dawn. Plus some more extracts from his eventful diaries.

“A tyre? Sure, if it didn’t kill me. This week's instalment from the Sedaris canon involves an introduction to David's old friend, Dawn and their trip to Colorado. "Dawn dresses like a Swiss person. That is to say, she looks at all times as if she is headed to the airport, where she will fly business class."

There's also a short essay on his aversion to AI 'assistants', like Siri and some extracts from his diaries.

Recorded at the Shaw Theatre, London.
