Emily isn’t known for her sporting prowess. In fact, she admits to being a tad lazy, and she’s never even watched the Paralympics! But in this episode, she explores the world of fitness and inclusive sports to see if she can find a sport she loves. Having a go at boccia, biking and even some wild swimming, Emily discovers muscles she never knew she had.
