Clive gets a fitness test when he trains with one of Cuba’s top boxing coaches, before jumping on a motorcycle with Che Guevara’s son for a tour of Havana. In Jamaica, he finds the school that produces the majority of the island’s Olympic sprinters, and he spends the night 100 feet above the waves of the Caribbean Sea.
