Why do you keep straw from the crib?

Sean is wondering why people carry a piece of straw from a crib in their purse.

“You were saying what do you get if you keep straw out of the crib!” says Isabel from Moortown. “Well, you get money! That’s what it means! You'll never run out of money!”
“I’ve never ever heard of that before!” Sean says. “But Thomasina says she got some from Janet. When did you get this straw?”
“It’s a year old,” Thomasina says. “I need a new one.”
“How much money have you received since?”
“Not a penny!”
With music from Larry Williams, Don Williams, Boy George, and more.
