Hasan Semay brings the barbecue indoors with his incredible grilled squid, served alongside a refreshing and fiery watermelon salad, before Paul Ainsworth makes some extravagant and delicious triple-cooked chips.

Freddy Bird prepares his cassis-glazed roast duck with fried potatoes covered in rosemary butter, and Anthony Murphy wows us with a smashed burger masterclass.

Frederick Forster serves up goat's cheese ravioli with spiced cauliflower before Cat Deeley faces her food heaven, langoustines with pork belly, or her food hell, black pudding and polenta.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein goes oyster fishing along the Cornish coast, Dame Mary Berry rustles up a sweet treat for Anton Du Beke on a Bournemouth beach, and Clive heads to the Tuscan hills for a plate of fish and chips.
