Heat four reaches its climax, with the very last quarter-final, featuring the week’s three best celebrity cooks.

Just one task stands in the way of a semi-final place as they each dig deep into their culinary repertoire to rustle up a sumptuous two-course menu for hungry diners. The guests are 2023 semi-finalist Mica Ven, 2022 finalist Danny Jones and 2010 champion Lisa Faulkner. They can all be won over – but only if the food manages to excite the palate and show real promise.

At the end, John and Gregg will consider the diners’ opinions and decide which two have done enough to move forward into the semi-finals. This is where the real adventure begins, and nobody will want to miss out.
