Santo Domingo - Dominican Republic

Clive travels to the Dominican Republic’s capital city, Santo Domingo, where baseball is a way of life. He meets one of the country’s top scouts, who gives him much-needed advice on his swing. On the outskirts of town, Clive encounters a congregation practising a hidden religious faith, while in the historic old town, he meets artisans who are reviving intricate, traditional craftwork. Then, he heads to the market with one of the country’s top chefs to pick up the ingredients for a seven-meat Dominican dish.
