Jane, a retired archaeologist with a passion for history, has a small, terraced Victorian garden filled with treasures. After a 15-year career in archaeology and a prolonged battle with lung cancer, she now has the all-clear.

To celebrate, Jane wants her garden made over. She would like either Charlie or Lee to design a relaxed, free-flowing garden with a seating area and a way to attract wildlife, and to combine flowers and vegetables together in a potager style. She’d also like the designers to recycle some of her archaeological finds in their designs. How will Lee and Charlie fare with a £6,000 budget?
