ShelterBox
Every day, homes are torn apart by disaster,
conflict and climate catastrophe. ShelterBoxprovides emergency shelter
and aid including supporting earthquake survivors in Turkey, monsoon flooding
in Pakistan, or people who have fled conflict
Meet Muafak

Muafak's family fled from Syria to a displacement
camp. There they received winter
clothing, blankets, and essential supplies for their tent so they could stay
healthy. Muafak said, “When I see my children sleeping while they are warm, I
feel happy.”
Amal received winter clothes and household essentials

Using our shelter kits, tents and tarpaulins,
people can create a home after a disaster. With our tool kits people like Ama
and her children can survive a harsh winter.
Adapting to disaster

Every disaster is different, so we listen to
what people need and adapt our response. By working with local partners around
the world we can deliver aid fast and share our expertise so that communities
are better prepared for future disasters.
