In this programme, Christa Larwood discovers why Hong Kong's Edwardian tram system is still so popular, meets a cultural historian who has set out to preserve many of the city's iconic neon signs and joins a unique 'water buffalo whisperer', who is working tirelessly to put local people back in touch with their rural roots.
