Our session for you tonight comes from the specially formed Centenary Scottish Country Dance Players, playing Scottish dance band music in the style of 100 years ago. Formed by Marie Fielding, for the occasion of the BBC's 100th anniversary of broadcasting from Aberdeen, we treat you to classic music and dances from the earliest recordings and broadcasts.
We also celebrate the history of the BBC in Aberdeen, by tracking the performers and musicians who broadcast from the Granite City over the past 100 years.
