Highlights from all the midweek Premier League fixtures, including Liverpool’s visit to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea.

Manchester United hosted Brentford, hoping to avenge the 4-0 drubbing they had at the hands of the Bees in August. Struggling Bournemouth faced south-coast rivals Brighton, who have enjoyed a successful first season under Roberto De Zerbi.

In the other midweek games, Aston Villa travelled from West to East Midlands to face Leicester City, Leeds played Nottingham Forest, and Newcastle made the trip down to London to meet West Ham.
