Haiti: Held Hostage by Gangs

Armed groups are carving up the Haitian capital, kidnapping, raping and killing as they expand their control. And as the BBC's Senior International Correspondent Orla Guerin reports from Port-au-Prince, the gangs are tightening their grip while the state crumbles.
