Alice Waters: Food Revolutionary

Legendary Chef and Author Alice Waters is the founder of the US farm-to-table movement, where restaurants source their ingredients directly from local farms. Since she opened her restaurant - Chez Panisse - in Berkeley, California in 1971, Waters has been at the vanguard of change, and her influence has spread across the world.
