Highlights from today’s two matches as the round of 16 reaches its conclusion and we find out which teams will secure their spot in the World Cup quarter-finals.

The day’s first fixture is Spain against Morocco as Luis Enrique’s side continue their bid to win a second title. Their last victory in a World Cup knockout game was the final in 2010. Morocco, meanwhile, are looking to make more history with a first-ever appearance in a World Cup quarter-final.

The final tie of the round is an all-European affair between Portugal and Switzerland. The Portuguese advanced as Group H winners despite losing their last game to South Korea but will be wary of their opponents, who won 1-0 when the sides met in the Nations League in June.
