Dave and Fuzzypeg the dog get dirty playing at the local dump, so filthy in fact that Fuzzypeg picks up an extremely grumpy flea. Bitten in the night, Dave wakes the next day with new found superpowers. Dave Spud is now to be known as…Flea Boy!
