India's Wait for Water

From the hot desert to the cold mountains and dry arid plains, only a fraction of the 200 million homes in India's villages have tap water. Women trek for hours to fetch and store water for the whole family. Now, a government scheme is promising to change that. But climate change and an ever-increasing population means India is running out of water.
