Isa Guha and JJ Chalmers introduce the standout moments from the biggest multi-sport event to be staged in the UK for a decade, with athletics and diving the focus on day eight.
Divers Jack Laugher and Matty Lee, Olympic champions past and present, were vying for further glory in their respective events, while Edinburgh’s Grace Reid was the defending champion in the 1m springboard. Five athletics finals took place at Alexander Stadium, including the culmination of the decathlon.
