It's the men's 110m hurdles and long jump finals and medals are won in diving.
Explosive power and a flawless technique are the name of the game in most of tonight’s medal events across athletics and diving.
Reigning Olympic champion Hansle Parchment of Jamaica will start as favourite in the 110m hurdles, while his compatriot Tajay Gayle won the world long jump title in 2019. There are also men’s and women’s discus finals, while it’s the turn of the women’s 10m platform divers in the pool at Sandwell Aquatics Centre. Home nations hopes in that include teenager Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, who came seventh at the Tokyo Olympics.
