Mark Stephen hears how one Scottish family have welcomed a Ukrainian family into their home after the war in Ukraine forced them to flee their country. When Kelly and Mark saw the news footage of families in desperate need, they knew that they couldn’t sit back and do nothing.

So, after signing up to the Homes for Ukraine scheme, the next challenge was to get various tradesmen on board to help convert their attic into proper living accommodation for the Ukrainian family they had been matched with.
