How are sweeping economic sanctions affecting living standards in Russia? President Putin's former top economic advisor tells us that the war will push more Russians into poverty and that's less of a concern for the Russian leader than his territorial ambitions in Ukraine. He also tells Aaron Heslehurst that a full western embargo on Russian oil and gas is the best way to stop the fighting.
