The three contestants up for elimination must recreate four of Nigella's favourite desserts to stay in the competition. With just 75 minutes to plate up a cookie dough pot, chocolate brownie, dark chocolate mousse and cheesecake, the pressure is on. As an extra special treat in this dessert challenge, our home cooks will be using a rare ingredient: ruby chocolate.
