Tom receives an unexpected gift and there’s another mouth to feed at No.6 The Green.

Natasha presents distracted Tom with a gift. When he finally unwraps it he learns Natasha is pregnant. Over lunch at Bridge Farm Tom asks his parents if he and Natasha can move in with them. A bit of food gets stuck in Tony’s throat but he and Pat say yes to Tom’s request. Natasha emphasises it won’t be a permanent arrangement. Tom lets slip on Natasha’s diet restrictions due to her pregnancy which leads to them disclose they’re expecting a baby even though it’s very early days. Pat and Tony congratulate the couple and promise to keep the news to themselves.
Chelsea answers the door to Blake. He’s doesn’t plan to stay; he just wanted to say goodbye as he’s moving away from Borsetshire with help of a charity. Tracy invites him in for lunch. Blake is impressed with the Horrobin family dynamic; he gets the impression they are all really close. Jazzer points out that they do all argue, particularly Brad and Chelsea. Blake thinks Chelsea is a good person which Tracy scoffs at, but Jazzer backs up Blake’s sentiment. A card comes through the letterbox. It’s for Blake from Jim wishing him the best for his future. Blake is touched. He thinks this is the best family he’s ever met.
After Tom and Natasha have left, Tony and Pat share their reservations about them moving into Bridge Farm. They accept that they’ll just have to make it work. They celebrate their wedding anniversary which went unnoticed by their son and daughter-in-law.
