Guts UK
Guts UK funds research into the digestive system from top to tail; the gut, liver and pancreas. Guts UK’s research leads to earlier diagnoses, kinder treatments and ultimately, a cure. Guts UK’s vision is of a world where digestive disorders are better understood, better treated and everyone who lives with one gets the support they need
"We're getting to grips with guts!"

People are suffering. People are dying. All because of a lack of knowledge about our guts. Guts UK exists to change that. Our guts have been underfunded, understaffed and undervalued for decades. Together, we can bring about important change in this neglected area of health.
"58% of people feel embarrassed about their digestive disease or symptoms"

Guts UK aims to provide expert information, raise public awareness and fund life-changing research. When armed with information, patients can take control of their health and feel empowered to seek help, and research will relieve the suffering of millions affected by digestive disorders.
“It’s been fifty years”

For 50 years, Guts UK has been funding research into the digestive system, pancreas and liver but there is still so much we don’t know, leading to unnecessary pain and suffering. It’s time to get to grips with guts.
