John and Suzanne race to the centre of Glasgow to help a homeless patient with a head injury. In Edinburgh, Moira and Dee struggle through the city centre traffic to assist a woman who has fallen out of her wheelchair, and they use a clever piece of kit to help her off the ground. In Inverness, Stuart and Jamie are called to a patient with chest pain who is unsure about going into hospital, and in Paisley, crewmates Pete and Mark assist a patient with HIV who has been attacked and needs support.
