In Paisley, crewmates Pete and Gary rush to a life-threatening emergency after an elderly patient collapses at a supermarket. Paramedics also race to a collision in Falkirk, where Leigh and Claire need to assess a young patient who is scared of getting into an ambulance.

In Edinburgh, Martyn and Kevin visit a hairdresser to treat a patient who has injured themselves falling in strong winds. And in Glasgow, John and Suzanne need to work out why a patient has collapsed at home.
