Food for Thought
The implications of the Covid-19 pandemic for consumers in Wales and the Welsh food and drink industry.
This time last year we were all ordered to stay at home and suddenly the big question was what are we going to eat and where are we going to find it? A year on and Mel Doel is joined by a panel of experts to discuss how the Welsh food and drink industry coped with the impact of Covid-19.
Our guests are:
Food consultant Neil Burchell ; Dafydd Gruffydd, the managing director of Mentor Mon; Dr Ludivine Petetin, who specialises in food and farming law, at Cardiff University and Myfanwy Edwards, a producer, who runs the Cowbridge Food Collective
