In Dunfermline, Billy and Jason help a patient who is struggling to breathe and also showing alarming symptoms that could indicate a life-threatening infection. They are then called to a patient who recently had a fall and injured her leg, but getting her down narrow farmhouse stairs without causing her any more pain is going to be tricky.

At Glasgow Airport, technicians Pete and Matt are escorted across the airfield to reach a patient in the operations tower who has chest pains and a history of heart attacks.
