Peter and Hayley Martin have faced a number of setbacks and mental health issues, but could a move from Cheshire to the Dorset coast help them find a new lease of life?

Hayley and Peter Martin spend their days helping other people, and life for them feels repetitive and dull. The couple are keen to meet new people and see if they can find some more excitement and adventure along the way. However, Hayley struggles with mental health issues, and Peter worries that a move could prove too much for her. Will a week in west Dorset show them that they can fulfil their dream of living a simpler life, or will the distance from loved ones prove too much for them to bear?
