Episode 3

Coming from the seaside town of Bournemouth, the programme asks who is responsible when passengers’ valuables are stolen from a coach – after one Italian driver, supposed to be guarding the group’s belongings, popped out for a burger. There’s the bride and groom left waiting at the airport after their connecting flight was cancelled without anyone telling them. And at our pop-up shop, the airline passenger who can’t get his money back after having to fork out £400 for a taxi back home to Manchester when his flight was cancelled.
