Documentary series following the Scottish Ambulance Service. In Aberdeen, ambulance crew Sarah and Stewart are called to a lady who has fallen at home and needs to be checked over. Just outside Glasgow, Special Operations paramedic Brian gets a call to a woman with breathing problems – which could be a sign of something really serious. In Edinburgh, Moira and Blair are called to a lady who has collapsed on Princes Street and needs to be taken to hospital.
