Baked berry slump with coconut ice creamOlly’s Rumberry Liqueur, Serves 6120 ml grenadine, 80 ml white rum (clear), 2 dessert spoons seedless strawberry jam, juice of half a lime, 2 Sprigs of mint, ice, frozen strawberry slices to garnish.
Muddle the mint in a cocktail shaker. Half fill the shaker with ice. Add all other ingredients. Shake till well mixed. Strain into shot glasses. Garnish with a slice of frozen strawberry
