East meets west as Edinburgh-born Shiv and his bride-to-be Zahra bring both their cultures together with a traditional Sikh Sangeet and a humanist white wedding.
In this episode, Saffron Events owner Hassan and his team of wedding planners help arrange an Indian Sangeet for a Sikh family from Edinburgh as son Shiv marries his fiancee Zahra.
Over several events, east meets west as the couple’s two cultures come together. Zahra is delighted to embrace the Indian traditions as she prepares for the colourful Sangeet while also planning a traditional Scottish white wedding with plenty of ceilidh dancing.
It is down to the wedding planners to make sure the couple get the wedding of their dreams.
