The Duchess of Cambridge speaks to Louise Minchin about early years development, the gap in support given to parents before children start school, and the difficulties of life in lockdown for many families. The Duchess was speaking as part of her involvement with Tiny Happy People, a BBC initiative to support parents and carers in developing the language and communication skills of 0-4-year-olds.
