They’ll be joined in the studio by ex-Wales playerJames Hook, former Wales Skipper Rachel Taylor and providing the laughs is comedian Hugh Dennis. Plus Wales, England, Ireland and Scotland will battle it out in a series of challenges to see who can be crowned the Sin Bin Showdown champion.
