In this new series Jamie explores the historical county of Gwent. On this journey, he travels to Goytre Wharf near Abergavenny where he takes a trip on the canal and learns about it’s history. He speaks to holiday makers who have come to enjoy all that the canal has to offer. In the south of the county, Jamie visits Magor Marsh on the Gwent Levels and discovers how it’s location, near a high speed railway line and the M4, is a haven for wildlife and an important place to escape the pressures of modern life.
