Looking after the Rural Community

At the heart of many rural areas in Wales there's a community centre providing a range of activities to promote the well being of local people. This week we're at an award winning social enterprise in Denbighshire where the staff and volunteers work tirelessly to enrich the lives of others. South Denbighshire Community Partnership is a not for profit company and a charity and it runs Canolfan Ni in Corwen. Caroline Evans visits to find out how they're keeping the community connected.
