Documentary series following the Scottish Ambulance Service. In Paisley, a young cyclist has his bike ride cut short after a tangle with his chain has left him with a serious gash in his leg. He’s full of bravado, but ambulance crew Gary and Pete insist on patching him up before taking him to hospital. Also in Paisley, an elderly lady with breathing problems needs to be treated and carefully transferred to hospital. In Edinburgh, an emergency on Arthur’s Seat sees the Special Operations Response Team deploy their off-road vehicle.
