Episode 7

In this episode we’re in Perth at the Cairn O’Mohr Winery. Boss Ron goes up against sales manager Linzey C, tour guide Linsay D and production worker Kay. In this competitive workplace there is no chance of these four colleagues slacking off, as they each aim to win the Flour Power trophy - and put Ron in his place, of course!

Keen forager Ron makes scones using his own homemade culture, while Kay’s reputation as a contest dark horse is on the line when she produces her own take on empire biscuits. Linsay D loves to use alcohol in her baking so don't be surprised if she plonks some wine into her white chocolate and wine cupcakes.

Meanwhile, Linzey D decides to make a lemon and elderflower roulade to win over the judges. Joining series judge Nichola Reith is Italian baker Denis Casella, who knows a good baker when he sees one!

Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored, just who will win the prestigious Flour Power trophy?
