Alistair Appleton is helping a couple with a £400,000 budget escape to the Shropshire countryside in a bid to improve their young daughter’s quality of life and reconnect with family roots. While in the county, Alistair becomes an apprentice under the watchful eye of a master craftsman who handmakes horse harnesses and collars and then puts them to the test on a horse, ploughing a field the Victorian way.
