Fergus Wilson is evicting 90 families because he wants to cash-in on his property empire, with every resident in one street in Kent possibly having to leave their home. Wilson has been criticised in the past for refusing to rent to parents with young children or people who cook curry.

Reporter Richard Bilton meets the outspoken landlord and finds out what life is like for the families facing eviction.
