Lent in Oxford

It’s the first Sunday of Lent and Sean Fletcher visits the university city of Oxford to take on a generosity challenge where, instead of giving something up for Lent, he joins in with a new movement of Christians who ‘give back’. At the St Aldates Centre he serves a meal for others and helps to improve a local garden. Claire McCollum meets Rev. Rose Hudson-Wilkin and hears about the meaning of this important time for Christians, and how it is marked in many churches. And Mary Foley, whose daughter was tragically murdered, explains how her Christian faith helped her on a journey of forgiveness.
