British army veterans planning to protest after it is announced that one soldier to be prosecuted for Bloody Sunday. Families call that decision a slap in the face. But army veterans insist legal action is wrong and plan to protest.
The PPS said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute 16 other soldiers and two Official IRA men.
