A young rapper, a burnt-out addict and a teenage misfit each struggle to overcome the consequences of gang violence and drugs in present day Edinburgh.

After the loss of his family life, Mikey's goal is to get clean and re-establish his relationship with his young daughter, but first he has to gain the trust of his former partner’s parents. With the added pressure of an old drug debt raising its head, Mikey finds emotional release through hip-hop MCing - but can he truly achieve redemption?
