With over seven million residents and more skyscrapers than any other city in the world, it’s a dazzling mix of east and west, new and ancient. There are designer shops, Chinese medical practitioners, Buddhist temples and some of the best food you’ll ever taste. Joe and Vogue try the city’s street food, make a pilgrimage to the Big Buddha on Lantau Island and journey through the stilted fishing village of Tai O.
