Personal
From emotions to relationships, Alex explores growing up in a millennial world. Guests include Brandon Wardell. From 2019.
American comedian Alex Edelman continues his comic look at what it’s like being a millennial today.
How does Alex feel personally about growing up? - living as a rootless millennial with no home and no family.
At 29, is he an adult yet? When will he become an adult? Or indeed feel like one? Is he part of a generation that's increasingly stunted emotionally?
And is the internet responsible? He also looks at modern relationships, both in terms of what one expects from one's parents as well as modern attitudes to picking your partner.
Alex's "peer group" are on hand to assist - comedians Alfie Brown, Brandon Wardell, journalist Rebecca Nicholson and cultural commentator David Burstein
Written by and starring Alex Edelman.
With additional material by Ivo Graham.
Producer: Sam Michell
A BBC Studios production for BBC Radio 4, first broadcast in December 2018.
