In a special programme, Inside Out West meets families who have lost loved ones in the armed forces. We have secured exclusive access to a special programme run for military families by the child bereavement charity Winston's Wish. We hear their stories, explore how losing a parent, sibling or child in the armed forces is different from other bereavements and find out why the military programme is busier than ever - even though the last death in active service was in 2015.
